The Centre for Housing Research, Aotearoa New Zealand (CHRANZ) has released today research that examines constraints to the expansion of housing supply in the Auckland region (Rodney District, North Shore, Waitakere City, Auckland City, Manukau City, Papakura District and Franklin District).

The research led by Motu Economic and Public Policy Research was jointly funded by CHRANZ, the Department of Building and Housing, and Housing New Zealand Corporation.
